The butler training is conducted in small groups (2-3 participants), which means that our experienced trainers can respond individually to each participant. The personalized feedback allows you to develop your full potential and get the best out of yourself.
What does it take to become part of the Butler School?
Since the butler's job involves a high degree of responsibility, training is recommended if the following criteria are met:

Good written and spoken German (level C2)

Relevant experience in a related service area

Matura or relevant experience of at least 3 years in a related profession

Minimum age: 25 years

Apart from that, characteristics such as discretion, polite manners, well-groomed appearance and a high level of service orientation are important.
