Completion of the course "Exclusive Household Management"

The rehearsal meal, which once again covered the central contents of the training, formed the perfect conclusion to the “Exclusive Household Management” course. The participants prepared breakfast and lunch in Toni Mörwald's Kochamt, in Palais Ferstel, doing everything themselves, from menu planning to purchasing ingredients and decorations, setting and decorating the table to preparing the dishes.

Finally, the meals were of course served to the invited guests, who were enthusiastic about the successful event.
