This package offers you the opportunity to publish your position via our platform and our network and to hand over the preselection and position discussion with the applicants to us. You take over the further examination of the candidates.
PACKAGE- TALENT, EXPERT, EXECUTIVE
With these packages, in addition to the search and preselection, you leave the further examination of the candidates to us. For you, this means less effort in favor of greater security and easier decision-making. All services of the standard package are of course included.
Payment is made in 3 installments , whereby the 1st installment must be paid when booking.
CANDIDATE SEARCH:
Our database consists exclusively of experienced candidates. Our consultants review the candidate's profile by reviewing their qualifications and training, professional history and references. Our staff also conduct an in-depth internet research of potential candidates before deciding on their recommendation.
Our consultants conduct a pre-selection interview with candidates who match a specific job profile. Depending on the position, this includes a personality test, a detailed assessment of your skills and knowledge, and role-play exercises to assess your level of competence for the position.
Second interview with an experienced agency manager: our manager conducts a second round of interviews to select only the best candidates to be presented to the client. At this point, we are confident that the selected candidates will perfectly match the client's individual requirements.
