Seminar conditions:
Seminar fees: The seminar documents and beverages during breaks are included in the seminar price. Lunch, travel and accommodation costs are not included. Registering for the course / training using this form obliges you to pay the entire course or training costs.

Cancellations:

Cancellations can only be accepted in writing. If a participant is prevented from attending the event, cancellation can be made free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the event (according to the receipt stamp). For cancellations received later than 30 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% must be charged. In the case of cancellations up to 15 days before the start of the event or afterwards, the entire event fee is due, even if partial payments have been agreed. If you fail to attend the course, there will be no reimbursement of costs. The cancellation fee does not apply if you nominate a substitute participant for the target group who will attend the event and pay the participation fee. However, the original participant remains liable for the course costs.

The organizer accepts no liability for accidents or damage of any kind during the course / training. If there are not enough registrations for a seminar, we reserve the right to cancel the event up to 5 working days before the start and to suggest alternative dates. Of course, you will not incur any costs if you cancel on our part. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for any costs that you may incur due to the cancellation of an event. Any change in the seminar location within Vienna or minor deviations in the content may be made by the organizer.
